The LGC have delegated authority from the Board of Directors according to the SRET Scheme of Delegation. Somerset Road Education Trust (SRET) welcomes applications from anyone interested in either a Trustee role or a Governor role within one of its three schools' Local Governing Committees. Below is some more information about some of our current Governors

Tim Milne

I moved to Salisbury in 2002 to take up a research position for the MoD. my wife and I have two boys who attend Wyndham Park and St. Marks respectively. Since becoming a governor at the start of 2016, i have now taken on the Vice Chair role with responsibilities including Health & Safety and Safeguarding.

Andrew King

I am a serving Army officer and live close to the school with my wife and three daughters.  My eldest two children are in Years 3 and 4 at St Mark’s Junior School, and my youngest daughter should start at Wyndham Park in September 2019.  I joined the Local Governing Committee as a Parent Governor in January 2016, became Vice-Chair in November 2016 and have been Chair since July 2018.
